The morphological efficiency of the school buildings is an important and necessary input to the educational system for its direct effect in achieving and improving the internal efficiency of the educational system. The relationship between morphological efficiency and the efficiency of the educational system is a proportionate relationship. Despite the importance of school buildings and the role it plays in improving the educational reality, Schools are not usable and others need to be repaired because of the intensity of use because of the and lack maintenance and from time to time, even newly built schools mostly not good This is due to the absence of educational and planning policies. The percentage of schools that are not ) suitable for use in the rural areas of Diwaniyah 20.9%) and intermediate (66.7%) secondary schools Are unusable because they use primary school buildings and cannot be used as secondary schools because they lack laboratories and halls the activity . The study considers the need to establish school buildings with functional and morphological efficiency, including most of service the spaces needed by the school, such as the number of the classes , large halls, laboratories, sports stadiums and school gardens. and The schools should be equipped with modern teaching aids such as smart blackboards the other explanatory means.
